Q: Is JDI licensed and insured?
A: JDI is licensed in the State of Idaho under the license RCE-29736. We carry Workers Compensation Insurance and a 1 Million Dollar Liability Policy.
Q: Is my project too small to contact JDI?
A: JDI services your small projects as if they were large jobs. We understand that if we can earn your business and trust on a small project, you will call us back when you decide to do a large job. We have gained many referrals from customers we serviced who had small projects.
Q: Do I need a permit for my project?
A: Each City and County has different requirements for attaining a Building Permit. Most Maintenance type jobs are not required to permit. Contact us and we would be happy to answer your questions.
Q: Who is going to manage my project?
A: JDI Owners Mark Jensen and Justin Wildman are the Managers of each and every project completed by JDI. Mark and Justin are there from you from the initial contact to project completion. We will not pass you off to deal with an employee! You are much too valuable to us.
Q: Am I going to have to be home when work is being done?
A: No. JDI employees and subcontractors are experienced and reliable professionals with a proven reputation of quality and integrity.
Q: How does JDI manage the security of my home when I am at work?
A: JDI has many methods to maintaining security for your home while you are away and we are performing our tasks. Some methods include a Lock Box with a key to a temporary door lock or temporary garage codes to gain access.
Q: Who do I talk to if I have a question?
A: When our clients have questions they are encouraged to communicate directly with JDI owners Justin Wildman and Mark Jensen. Our door is always open and our cell phones always on.
Q: How do you protect my living spaces from dust and debris?
A: JDI is very conscientious when it comes to protecting your house from dust. We use plastic, drop cloths, and vacuums on every project. Other methods include building temporary walls to separate construction areas from living quarters.
