	We have posted a selection of testimonials that we have received over the years. Remodeling client’s homes is a challenging career and there is nothing like positive feedback from satisfied clients. When we receive a "Thank You" for our service during a 3-6 month project it is very exciting and satisfying. But when we receive passionate "Thank You" letters for services performed on some of our smallest projects, it really makes us feel good. If you are looking for a great contractor, look no further than Justin Wildman owner of JDI Custom Carpentry. Justin is as honest and detail oriented as he appears and went above and beyond our expectations during the construction of the rental home he built for us. As different phases of construction were started or completed, Justin communicated the progress, what was next on the schedule. While this is the 1st home we have had built, we had heard stories from friends that communication from the contractor is not always as good as Justin provided. Our story started with what we understood was a lot that would allow construction of a second home, which Justin agreed to build. We soon found out, Boise Planning and Zoning had their own ideas, and a 30 day building permit took over 90 days to obtain. Justin was there all the way, meeting with Planning and Zoning and the Building Department, ensuring our best interests were represented. Once the building permit was issued, things started progressing quickly, on or ahead of the rough schedule Justin had outlined. He continued to negotiate with subcontractors right up until they started, ensuring we got the best subcontractors and the best price. Construction costs came in with 5% of the original estimate which was made before several unexpected surprises planning and zoning threw at us like the requirement of a 20 foot wide driveway. Justin’s attention to detail resulted in a very well constructed home that we are very happy with. I am certain you will also be pleased if you choose Justin for any job, large or small. Your professionalism and cool demeanor in handling these small tremors definitely gave my wife and I a comfort that enabled us to sleep relatively well at night. We appreciate your eye for detail and having the "right way" attitude. I would definitely not have seen some of the minor mistakes and would have let most of them slide.
